We started off with a small selection of meats and cheeses. Now, six years later, we’ve more than tripled our freezer space and have added even more delicious meats to choose from. Alligator, Antelope, Buffalo, Camel, Duck, Elk, Jackalope, Kangaroo, Kobe Beef, Lamb, Llama, Ostrich, Python, Quail, Squab, Rabbit, Reindeer, Venison, Wild Boar, and Yak.
We also carry a variety of non-exotic bratwurst. Featuring European style brats, including German Weiswurst, Portuguese Linguisa and English Bangers. One of the hottest new meats is our craft beer bratwurst, using beer from craft breweries from across the US.
Another part of our business is our wide variety of international and domestic cheeses. We carry many hard to find cheeses, plus each month we have a themed cheese selection. We will highlight unique cheeses from Spain, France, Italy, England and Germany.
Other months we do “horizontal tastings”, where we’ll sample a mix of cheddars from around the world, or gouda, or blue cheeses. Often we’ll pair beers and wines from those same regions for a very specialized tasting event.
We also stock a wide range of gourmet foods, from pasta and olive oils to hot sauces, herbal sodas, and specialty mustard. We carry local honey and jams too.
